  1. Hey there @Jahan , You can preview a different template on your site without the live site being affected. More on this here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205815598-Switching-templates#toc-what-to-expect Please do note the template-specific and non template-specific changes. To prevent any changes from appearing on your live site before you're ready, only make template-specific changes.
  2. Hey @Laura31, we have a resource about built-in domains here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206541717-Built-in-domains You'll always see your built-in domain in your browser address bar when you're logged in, even if you have a custom domain. Visitors will see your custom domain in their browser address bars instead of your built-in domain.

  5. You can reach out to Customer Support via email or Live Chat as the prorated refund would need to be manually processed. Automatic refunds only apply when you cancel a site within 14 days of the site's payment, so prorated refunds have to be manually issued. You'll still need to upgrade the new site to a paid plan, but you'll receive a refund for the unused time remaining on the old/canceled site.
  6. Hey there, I'm afraid it's not possible to revert to a parking page after starting a trial site. In this case, what you could do is set up a Coming Soon or Under Construction page. More on this here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205814388-Creating-a-landing-page
  7. Try clearing your browser's cache. It may also take some time for this to reflect on some devices. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205815408-Clearing-your-browser-s-cache I visited the site on my mobile device and the Squarespace site is showing. Yes you should be able to do that. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206541917-Signing-up-for-G-Suite In regards to migrating the emails into the new G Suite inbox, that might be something you'll need to check with the current provider and see if that's possible.
  8. When you upgrade your plan, you’ll be charged the prorated difference between the two plans based on the remaining time in your billing cycle. Your billing cycle and renewal date won't change. When you downgrade your plan, you’ll be refunded the prorated difference between the two plans. The refund is based on the remaining time in your billing cycle. 10. You could likely grab the embed code from the site you're livestreaming from (YouTube, Twitch etc.) and add that to an Embed Block: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206543617-Embed-Blocks https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002068348-Choosing-the-right-video-embed-option#toc-use-an-embed-code Alternatively, you could also use a Code Block and add the JavaScript or iframe code to it: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206543167-Code-Blocks * Adding JavaScript or iframes to Code Blocks is a Premium feature available in Bu
  11. @AHeinlein Hi there, that does seem odd and could potentially be a bug that needs to be looked into. The color shouldn't be changing when switching a gallery section layout. Can you try this on your end? Switch the layout from Grid: Masonry to Grid: Simple Change the Aspect Ratio to another option Change the Columns count Toggle on Captions (you can toggle it off after) Nonetheless, this behavior is definitely strange.
  12. 13. Please check that you have added the CNAME record with the value 'verify.squarespace.com' For reference, here's the guide for connecting a domain: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205812378-Connecting-a-domain-to-your-Squarespace-site (Step 4)
  14. It's not possible to integrate a third-party payment processor or use cryptocurrency. I'm hoping the development team is looking into adding more options in the future though.
