  1. @tuanphan Do you have the solution to do random banner image in 7.1? Thank you
  2. Have you figured this out yet? I too would like to randomize the first image on my homepage.
  3. @tuanphan Thank you for your response. I changed my mind about the design, so I deleted the test page. Sorry I forgot to post that here. Thank you for your time! Rudy
  4. @Skwolven Thank you for sharing your script. Would the script work with random background videos?
  5. Hello @tuanphan, I was trying to use the many solutions you posted already here, but none worked properly on my page. I am assuming the coding may be page-specific? If you could be so kind as to help with this page: https://www.rgrayphotography.com/portfolio-new I am trying to build a slideshow (preferably a Gallery Reel), but only vertical images are displaying correctly on mobile. The horizontal images are displaying cropped. Thank you, Rudy
  6. Oh... so it won't work within a 7.1 portfolio page, as it uses gallery sections. Thank you for your reply.
  7. Hi @tuanphan, Does this plugin work with Squarespace 7.1? I am hoping to randomize my images here: https://www.rgrayphotography.com/portfolio/seniors Thank you! Rudy
  8. Hi @tuanphan! You helped me previously with the global footer logo. I took the code and added it to my homepage, to add a logo to the intro statement. Do you mind taking a look to see if I used the proper syntax? The page is: https://www.rgrayphotography.com/ It looks good on desktop, but on mobile I am thinking maybe it should be smaller. Any suggestions? The code I used is below. Thank you!! 🙂 /*INTRO LOGO*/ div#block-5efec5cc1ccde6142b8d8dd9 p:before { content: ""; display: block; background-image: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5ee66005f0c8950313959a58/t/5ee66760dd4fcc494813ec36/1592188125298/); background-size: contain; width: 50px; height: 50px; margin: 0 auto; margin-top: 0px; position: absolute; left: 100; }
  9. You're right. Should be much more control available for those of us who want it... Hmm.. that is a clever way to go around it... Thanks for the idea.
  10. Oh nice. I see what you're doing now. I would like the landscape images to be full bleed at the same time. But I guess maybe we can't have the best of both worlds... Lol. Thanks for sharing!
  11. That doesn’t really work with a gallery block, as it’s like a collection of images, so you can’t add spacers to individual images... I thought of using Photoshop and save the portrait images as a landscape image, but with white borders. BUT... that only looks good for desktop browsers. It looks a bit horrendous on mobile.
  12. Thank you for this, @tuanphan... It does help reduce the width of the images, but it is reducing the width of all the images... Can we specify change for only the portrait oriented images? Or is that too specific? Thank you for your time.
  13. Anybody figured out how to control the width of portrait oriented images when doing full bleed? Or is it not possible?
  14. Hi @tuanphan, Did you have a chance to check this out? Is controlling the size of the portrait-oriented images in 7.1 something that can be executed? Thank you for your time, Rudy
  15. Hi @tuanphan Sorry if I didn't specify more... The portfolio page displays the portrait oriented images fine on mobile, but on desktop, the portrait oriented images require scrolling to see the complete image, because the width of the image is full-bleed. So I have been trying to look up a way to not full-bleed vertically oriented images. Do you know anything about this? This is my page: https://www.rgrayphotography.com/portfolio/seniors-teens This is another photog's page, where he has his portrait images centered on the page instead of full-bleed: http://www.matthernandezcreative.com/guys Thank you!
