  1. Hiii @tuanphan thank you for your comment! When I go there, there doesn't display any options or words that I can change other than reset styles to default (This is a template so would be scared to click that as I'm not sure what styles they've built) I added a piccy
  2. Site URL: https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-packages I've had this issue before and @bangank36 was REALLY helpful, but it's still acting really odd. He added some code in the hope it would ammend the issue, but he wasn't sure why it was happening in the first place and it's still glitching so hoped someone else could also take a squiz? This code is on two pages https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-packages and https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-club And it happens on both pages Essentially, sometimes the table disappears completely and it just shows plain text. Which means that the links disappear also. When this happens, if I refresh the page, it will appear correctly. But website visitors won't know to do that and likely leave without taking action. This will be a huge issue soon when I change these links to 'join' as they won't be visible a lot of the time, which means people can't join my membership (and there's only a 2 week window for people to join). I'll add screenshots. Fingers crossed someone can help!
  3. Yay it was that page and https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-packages
  4. OH YAY ITS WORKING THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!!!! Last question... did you get my message about the weird disappearing boxes that you added code for one one page? Hoping you could add it to the other page? Thank you again.
  5. Hmm! Are you able to check on mobile? It is now working for me on desktop, but not on Chrome or Safari on iphone
  6. @bangank36 Also, (I commented above about the FAQ not working) But also, thank you SO much for your help with the weird section! I mentioned there were two pages with this issue, this is the other one https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-club (right down the bottom) is there any chance you could put the stylesheet there as well? Thank you SO very much for your time I'm mighty grateful.
  7. @bangank36Oh no, it's still not working for me on mobile or desktop :(:( The FAQ doesn't expand/close still but still works correctly on the other page. So strange!
  8. Gday! Thanks heaps, I'll give it a go. Should I do this on both pages considering it's the same code? Just in case the other page breaks too? Heya I just added you as a contributor thank you SO SO SO much! We are talking in another issue as well which you might be able to look at while you're in there (if that's okay). It's this issue - https://forum.squarespace.com/topic/173734-code-only-sometimes-displays-correctly/#comment-410135
  9. Hmm no still not working on my end 😞 This is my full code! <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.2.1/jquery.min.js"></script> <script> $(document).ready(function () { $(document).on("click", '.markdown-block h4', function() { $(this).toggleClass('open').children('*:not(h4)').slideToggle(); }); }); </script> <style> body:not(.sqs-edit-mode) .markdown-block h4 { display: block !important; cursor: pointer; } body:not(.sqs-edit-mode) .markdown-block h4 + blockquote { display: none; } body:not(.sqs-edit-mode) h4.open + blockquote { display: block; } body:not(.sqs-edit-mode) .markdown-block blockquote { margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; } .markdown-block h4 { background: #fdeef3; padding: 10px; margin-top: 0 !important; margin-bottom: 0 !important; border-bottom: 1px solid #000000; } .markdown-block h4 + blockquote { background: #fdeef3; margin-top: 0; padding: 20px; } </style>
  10. Gday! Thanks heaps, I'll give it a go. Should I do this on both pages considering it's the same code? Just in case the other page breaks too?
  11. Hiya @bangank36, thanks for your reply. I'm not sure when it broke, I didn't realise it was broken. I was just alerted to it by someone viewing my website. They said they were on safari on mobile, and I use Chrome on both desktop and mobile.
  12. Site URL: https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-packages Hellooo! I have code on two pages (this page is just one - https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-packages) and only sometimes does it display correctly. Screenshots attached. Sometimes it just displays as regular text, but then I refresh and it appears normal. I have no idea why it doesn't just look right all the time. It needs to display right because it has all the links so that people can join and they get removed if it turns into text. Hope someone can help?
  13. Hi folks, I have code that allows me to create FAQ dropdowns on my site, however it does expand like the accordian on one page, but not the other, but I believe it's the exact same code! I have this code on 2 different pages on my site https://chromatical.com.au/faq and https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-club (it's a long page and it's nearer the bottom end - just search FAQ) The code I'm using involves the code inside the markdown, and also code that gets hidden in the bottom of each page. The code works as required on the FAQ page - (The boxes open and close when clicked to reveal the answers to the questions) However on the second page, the boxes do not expand and I can't figure out why as I didn't do anything different. Hope someone can help!
  14. @creedon Ah I thought it might have had something to do with that, but I ignored it because I thought it was meant to only affect the block ID it was sitting with and not the whole page. I removed it and it totally fixed it, but then it brought back the dot points in the block ID where I created custom dot points. (only minorly but it's still there - I'll add a screenshot. Any idea how to add this back so that it makes them go away from those areas? The very right of the image has the dot point showing. I don't want to move the image closer to the text or it'll look weird too. Also while on this subject (sorrryyy) Do you know how I can reduce the spacing between the each dot points paragraph? It's way bigger gaps/paragraph spaces than regular dot points and I can't seem to find anything online about it. Hope you can help!
  15. Heya @tuanphan not sure how this works notification wise (not trying to nag but realised I didn't tag so wasn't sure if you get notified of quotes haha) Just checking you got my reply with my website address - https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-club 🙂 Trish 🙂
  16. I certainly can! https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-club Thank youuuu
  17. Site URL: https://chromatical.com.au/chromatical-club Hi folks, everything was find when I went to bed last night (I believe) and woke up this morning and no bullet points on my page were showing up. I have custom bullet points that ARE showing up (That I'd like to reduce padding around but that's a different question) But regular ol' dot points have disappeared. I can turn on 'numbered' ones, but not the dots. This is across multiple parts of the page.
  18. Oh! What mobile are you using? When I do mobile view in squarespace that's the picture I see on their preview and it's the same on iphone.
  19. Site URL: https://chromatical.com.au/ Hi team, The font content in my website header goes outside of the box so I'd like to make the mobile only version of the text in that box smaller. I don't want to change the text size across the whole site, so want to be able to use the block ID to change the header and content text. Hope someone can help (I went through the questions already posted, but the codes didn't seem to help as I believe they were for other website components - I did change the block code)
  20. Sadly I can't as it's not live and not sure how to share it as when I look at the link in mobile it's private I'm guessing because it's unpublished?
  21. @tuanphan I'm soo hoping you can help with this! Oh my goshhh!! This was the only code from my 2 hours or searching and trialling that made any change to anything I was doing. BUT it's all so wonky. It's not centered/balanced, and the first image at the start of each row is larger than the rest. Hope you can help! Eeeee I finally feel like I'm getting close. It's still in a test site so I don't have a URL for you sorry. This is the code I'm using @media only screen and (max-width: 640px) {.gallery-grid-wrapper { width: 33.33% !important; clear: none !important; } } @media only screen and (max-width: 640px) { .gallery-grid-wrapper{ grid-template-columns: repeat(3, auto)!important;} }
