I am running adverts on Google and need to add tags to measure conversions. is the only way to do this via code injection? I ask because at the moment I have a personal plan ( I am a sole trader, do not have a large turnover, do not need e-commerce etc, my website is just a shop window). To do code injection I would have to upgrade. I already have a tag inserted for Google Analytics, which seems to have been an automated process, didn't require coding
