Disabling Portfolio Project Pages in Squarespace Version 7.1

Also can't see why it is not a basic feature within version 7.1. and should require any custom CSS or coding. Surely a project page takes even longer than a normal page to build and should be hidden until it is ready to be live. Hope this can be addressed soon Sqaurespace ;)
