No, from what I can tell you would need to use a third party inventory and shopping cart system (that you would probably need to integrate yourself). I don't think there is any way to finesse the Squarespace platform into supporting it.

Well that stinks, that seems like a pretty obvious thing that they should support. I'll poke around some more and maybe there is a way to custom code it or something.
