Kind of crazy Squarespace still has not implemented this, and has not commented as to why. I'm tempted to purchase the plugin that @connieresch reccomended. It's crazy squarespace is ok with letting its customers pay other people for a line of code that exists practically on every site nowadays. -
How to disable vertical scrolling within summary block on mobile

Just to be clear, this is a mobile issue, and isn't present on desktop, so view this on your phone or smaller browser. -
My site seems to do something weird when loading in on mobile. I have a summary block on my home page, and when I want to scroll down, it seems to scroll the content on the summary block, and not the entire site itself. You can see that the scroll bar doesnt move, but the summary content moves. I tried this on both Safari and Firefox mobile, and they both do the same thing. I was thinking of going into the code for that specific summary block and maybe disabling overflow, but not sure if that will fix my issue.

I also would like to know how to implement this into a summary block carousel. Looking to have it swipe/scroll a bit better on mobile.
