stripe DONATIONS: Change payment label in Stripe from "Donation by" to "Adoption by"

Site URL: https://marinemegafauna.org/adopt-a-shark Hey our accountant has requested that our Donations come through labelled as Adoptions in Stripe (since, this is what they are, and distinguishes them from our Donorbox donations). So, "Donation by" would become "Adoption by" in Stripe. Does anyone know how to do this? I assume it's just a label change in the backend somewhere?
