  1. i tried that, changed to 365 days. still doesn't show up on my scheduler. 1. went to availability 2. chose place of the calendar 3. went to calendar settings, set/edit availability limits 4. changed calendar scheduling limits, changed "Do Not Allow Clients to Schedule Fewer Than" to 365 days, lo and behold it worked for a few weeks, but then goes back to normal after X weeks. and by normal i mean the hours of availability don't show on the user end scheduler. november 9th, showing november 16th, not showing anymore
  2. I have to admit, Air Table was the way to go.
  3. Hi, I have my calendar set up as below for quite some time now. A client purchased sessions and was able to schedule sessions up until 8/24. After that they told me there is no availability at during the specified time after 8/24 (though my calendar below shows otherwise). Is this a new issue? I've checked my calendar availability settings, resaved, etc, and worked from the user end side and confirmed that the times of 8am - 1pm are not displaying on the user booking side... I can manually book the client from my end, because on my calendar overview from the admin side, the days and times are open as they should be. However, that isn't being relayed through to the user side. Whats the issue here?
  4. Hi, I am trying to add a filter and sort functionality to data tables on my squarespace page, and I have had no luck finding an option with CSS or Javascript. Does anyone have any ideas? Even better, an option to download the adjusted data information... www.accelerateregenag.com Thanks
  5. Here is the solution: ZOOM ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO BOOK 100 SESSIONS A DAY. So, once you hit the 100th, Zoom stops generating links. Rationing is the only way if you are going to book every session for the entire year.
  6. Hi, I run a service business, and have clients who are new and grandfathered in. Both have different prices for the services I offer. I am trying to optimize the app so that clients can utilize it to purchase packages and individual sessions. Here is the catch. How can Roberta, a brand new client, only be able to see the services offered that are for NEW clients (eg, service is $120 and tax) AND How can Chris, a grandfathered in client, only have access to the services offered for a grandfathered client (eg service is $100 and tax)? Is this possible? Other info: I logged into the App with Chris today and he was able to access only one service for which he was booked at, the $100 and tax service. I have a 10 session and 20 session option, but those wouldn't show in the app. How come? Thanks, Lenny
  7. Hi, I have an online business that sends out Virtual links (lennyreisnerpilates.com) and host it through squarespace and use acuity scheduling/squarespace scheduling, the embedded one. Zoom suddenly has stopped generating links. When a client books, there is a typical email that gets sent. The link below is my standard zoom ID link. Anyway, the problem is on the webscheduler when someone else or I book a session, I get the error in their account that "Zoom was unable to create the meeting." Squarespace has not responded with any help. Any ideas? Thanks, Lenny
