I'm experiencing a similar issue. This morning my search bar was working off and on and now it just doesn't work at all for any search term. I tested search on a few other SS sites I'm aware of and had the same issue. Chrome and Safari. Chatted with support and they are "escalating the ticket". Is anyone else's search just not working at all now?
