  1. Ok I figured out one workaround for my situation. I currently offer USPS and local pickup options. I wanted to offer some items local only. If I set the size of the item to like 100" x 100" x 100" and 100lbs then its too big for USPS and it will only offer the local options to the customer.
  2. No, from what I can tell you would need to use a third party inventory and shopping cart system (that you would probably need to integrate yourself). I don't think there is any way to finesse the Squarespace platform into supporting it.
  3. The initial screen with the logo looks great to me. I like the way it has the logo big and the menu at the top, personally. Scrolling down though... I do like the black and yellow. I think there is too much on the front page. I would move Staff, Testimonials, Values, Services, etc to other pages given the design choice of the big logo with clear menu at the top of the page. I personally would keep the big logo, and reduce the first page to about 1/4 (or maybe 1/6) of its current length. You have a mix of really nice photos and really low quality photos Good use of "call to action" buttons The styling on the main page feels kind of random, how each section has a different style. Its as though you were experimenting with different layouts to see what you like. For me, #1 thing to improve is the very large, low quality photos. But I'm a photographer so I notice that sort of thing!
  4. Ok I've been looking into this some - and it looks there are some services you can pay (like $19/mo) to synch your square and squarespace inventory. But they both have public API's (assuming you are on the advanced commerce plan here) so I'm pretty sure my company will just make a custom inventory synchronizer.
  5. I'm running into the same issue - Squarespace seemed to advertise that they can sync inventory but this doesn't seem to actually be the case. I've got an issue where my inventory is in Squarespace and I need to offer employees a way to use the POS app. There isn't a way in squarespace to give permission just to use the POS app (and I don't even know what admin permission I'd give them to do it) - and if they use the Square app instead it wont keep track of our inventory. GRRRR!!!!
  6. Well that stinks, that seems like a pretty obvious thing that they should support. I'll poke around some more and maybe there is a way to custom code it or something.
  7. Site URL: https://seahorse-soybean-ygpf.squarespace.com/ I manage an artist cooperative and some of our works are not reasonable to ship and need to be local pick up only. I know how to make a "flat rate" local pick up option, but I don't see a way to specify that a particular product should be available only for local pickup. Any ideas? I'm open to plugins or even coding a workaround myself (but it would be great if there is something already existing).
