  1. Also, the pre-order badge doesn't seem to carry over to a collection page (in our case "Gift Edits"). Is there something more I need to do? Thank you!
  2. First of all I apologise profusely - once again I got no alert for your reply and only just found it. Fantastic Paul it works! Can I have more than one wording for the badge? i.e. "pre-order" and "Arriving next week!" ?
  3. Hi Paul, I was just wondering if you have updated your guide for the badge using tagging for the 7.1 sites? I tried without success using the code you show here https://sf.digital/squarespace-solutions/adding-a-custom-product-badge-to-squarespace. The current code you did before shows the word "pre-order" below the product but no badge.
  4. .sqs-product-mark-wrapper .product-mark.sf-pre-order { background: #EB7820; } .product-mark.sale { display: none!important; } And then I added yours as above.
  5. I have resolved the syntax issue, I believe it was the last line above causing the problem. However, now it is showing all cateogories on one line instead of several lines to fit the window. Please see two screenshots enclosed.
  6. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately Squarespace is saying that there's a syntax error in the second line of your code above: " div.nested-category-tree-wrapper {
  7. I have the same problem: need the whole list of categories to appear on category pages not just the main shop page. Despite copying the CSS code nothing seems to have changed? Website is: https://www.theartisanstudio.uk/onlineshop Category page example: https://www.theartisanstudio.uk/onlineshop/bags-non-leather Instead of: All Products / Bags non-leather I would like to display the enclosed partial screenshot (like the main shop page).
  8. Thanks to Paul's updated guide it's all working perfectly now. What a star Paul is.
  9. Checked with another person and the "only appear on reload page" thing happened with her too. So strange.
  10. Second weirdness - badge disappears when I click on product detail and then use the browser "back" button.
  11. Again for some reason I couldn't see your reply until now. Your guide is awesome Paul! Truly awesome. The clearest instructions to do anything I have seen for years. It took me all of two minutes to get it up and running. How can I thank you? Something really weird is happening - the pre-order badge only appears when I refresh pages (same on desktop computer and mobile) and not the first time it loads. Any ideas why? Looking at your code, and how it works sublimely across all of my product pages (I have three due to Squarespace's 200 product limit) I wonder whether it can be used to do other things across all product pages at the same time? Like pulling them to a single link (to make a selection on one page of products from more than one product page? Or tagging across product pages?
  12. By the way, this is where I have created the new thread:
  13. Site URL: https://theartisanstudio.uk/ I began my question here:
  14. Hi Paul, I'm so sorry - no idea why but I didn't receive an alert about your reply. Thank you so much. What you say sounds fantastic and is exactly what I want to do. I just want the badge to appear on certain products I choose, not site-wide like the limited availability (which I can't control selectively). If I understand correctly, you would like me to create a new thread for this? Best wishes Juliette
  15. Hi Paul, Along the same lines, I would like to add a third badge that would look like the "Sale" and "Sold out" badges, saying "Pre-order". I don't believe this feature exists yet, so I think a workaround would be to add the badge as an image to display over the top of the product image both when in the groups of products and the individual product page. Could this be done with CSS and uploading an image of the badge? This is the website: https://theartisanstudio.uk/ Thank you in advance! Juliette
