It will depend on your requirements. It's possible to make it work, but there are a number of limitations. It usually works Ok for single product orders, for example where a florist delivers a single bouquet, but not for orders for multiple products. This is because you can set parameters at the product level, but not at the order level. It's an issue with the checkout; Squarespace doesn't allow us to customise it beyond a few styling tweaks so we cannot add code to enforce parameters like these per order.
