Does anyone know why Squarespace doesn't offer the function to edit customers? I've asked many times and just get told it's not something that is possible at the moment and that they pass the request onto the developers but it's been a few years now and still not possible. Why? I don't want to create a new customer account just because a customer changes their email address. It seems like madness that I have to loose all their commerce data. I can't see that it's a GDPR thing because you could just have a function whereby if you make any changes an automation goes to the customer asking them approve or decline the change. Any thoughts? Any decent workarounds?

I've been trying to upload an audio file into an audio block for days and it keeps timing out/just not finishing. I'm doing the same thing I've always done as part of a podcast, mp3, file size is 93.9MB - create the audio block, click on add file, select file. I've written to squarespace help who suggested clearing cache, which I've done, i've tried using a different browser ( I was using safari, tried downloading new firefox and using that) I've cleared caches, I've deleted the blog post and started again. I've deleted the MP3 and re-downloaded the file which works perfectly everywhere else. I'm aware I can load a file that's an external file that's not a work around becuase this should work as it usually does. Any ideas? Anyone else having problems with audio blocks? see screenshot of where I get to every time
