Vertically centring an image within a cropped summary list

Hi all. I am having an issue trying to centre an image within an altered summary list. I have managed to edit the height of the summary items using css but the image is not aligning vertically to the middle of the container. Please find the example here on my homepage. https://www.wearerocksalt.co.uk/ Any advice would be much appreciated. All the best Adam
