Hi,
Index page is fastest way.
With the index page, the image will be in its own section and you only need CSS to remove the left/right padding, the image will be fullbleed.
but with current page you will need to adjust the padding of all current elements on the web, it will take a lot of code, moreover when you add/remove a certain block on the page, the code will need to be updated again.

Found some CSS on another site. For anyone needing the same result, here it is:
/*Header Button */ div.Header-nav-inner a.Header-nav-item:last-child{ color: #fff !important; padding:15px 25px !important; background-color: #FFAA00 !important; border-radius:0px !important; } div.Header-nav-inner a.Header-nav-item:last-child:hover{ color: #000 !important; background-color:#fff !important; } This will effectively turn the last link in your navigation into a button. I'm using Brine template family.
