Header button changes color on Mobile

This did not work, instead it puts a red square OVER the button. -

getting my CTA button showing on mobile header

Hi there! Can I have some help adding a "Book Appointment" button to the right side of my mobile header? The template only allows for shopping cart here, but I don't have an online store.
