I would like to be able to charge shipping based on the total value of a customer's cart. Not weight, not size. Simply the total amount of their cart. For instance:
Cart total: $0.01 to $9.99
Shipping: $5.00
Cart total: $10.01 to $19.99
Shipping: $7.00
Etc. Is there a simple way to do this? I've searched everywhere and come up empty.
