  1. @nathanlohmail have you tried this: Create a new (blank) page it usually defaults with a text block Use the text block for the Title of the Blog post Either insert a button block or just add a text block and link it to where you want "read more" to take the user. Not sure if that's what you were looking for. Just trying to be helpful 😄
  2. Hey @MalinCreates, I wish I could take credit for that, but it was done automatically by Squarespace. We have a subscription product. Subscription products default to express checkout and so I'm guessing this is why they give it a custom Header specifically for that. I'm not exactly sure how beneficial the checkout page would be for a quote though. Regardless, the checkout page is completely locked down unless you want to add a "custom form" section to it. You have to really get creative with the Squarespace e-commerce options. I don't know what sort of flow you're looking for with
  3. Thank you very much @paul2009. You were exactly right. Here is the info in case anyone else runs into this issue: https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/prevention/verification
  4. Site URL: https://www.carbonforest.org We're in a testing phase of our product and we've noticed that it is possible to input a credit card and then the incorrect billing address, but still receive a confirmation message and email. Has anyone else experienced this?
  5. I have the same exact question @Jboggs. I found this on the Adding Search To Your Site support page. Pages with noindex tags and pages in your Not Linked section are indexed for site search. To prevent this, use a page password. Unpublished content, like blog post drafts, may appear in search results when you're logged in. It won't appear to visitors. For some reasons my indexed subpages do not have the password field. Only the main index container does. So I can't remove them from the internal search feature. Maybe we should submit this to Squarespace support. This is
  6. Site URL: https://www.carbonforest.org Hello Squarespace Jedis, I was wondering if anyone has ever been able to remove the order details from the order fulfilled emails? I'm decently comfortable with HTML / JSON / CSS / JS etc. If I need to figure this out myself, does anyone know at least if I can just plug a script into the email editor? Or where I would do that? Why I want it removed: It doesn't work with our monthly subscription product flow. Technically the order details from their initial order placed email should be enough. When they receive these details again in the ord
  7. Thank you for replying @paul2009. The limitations that Squarespace has for the checkout page is truly unfortunate. If you or anyone else has found a creative work around for this, I'm all ears.
  8. Thank you so much @paul2009 for the quick response. Here is the site: https://www.carbonforest.org/ Password is: Restoreplanet1 And I've attached an image of my goal. We want to utilize Express Checkout as much as possible. Thank you very much.
  9. Hello @paul2009, I see that you mentioned that the checkout page is locked. Does that even mean to add content to it through code injection? I would like to add a link to redirect to the home page. I know if the user clicks the logo, it will bring them there, but it's not very evident. If it is truly impossible to edit that page, is there a work around you might suggest? Any help is appreciated :D. Thank you! - Jessie
  10. Hello everyone! I have a semi-similar question. I only have 1 subscription product and I want the link in my top banner "Subscribe Now" to redirect them to express checkout. I would prefer to use the banner instead of the product block.
