Using this shopify buy button method, do we have to re-create/re-enter the products information on Shopify's backend? Inventory management will be on Shopify backend?

Is it possible to use this method to allow Manual payment methods? Manually capture payment for orders. The customer’s payment method is authorized at the time of their order. You’ll need to manually capture payment within the authorization period.

As a result, different category product pages are not indexed as Google Search Console sees it as a (duplicate) Alternate page with proper canonical tag. Please find attached screenshot for Google Search Console error. (I believe this is hurting my SEO keywords ranking) Is this caused by AJAX loading, if so can how can i solve this while enabling AJAX loading?
