Adding Email Sign Up Box to Header / Nav Bar Brine

Hey there, I'm wondering how I can add an interactive email sign up box to the header in Brine. Please see screenshot attached (Governor's Ball) Alternatively, I could do an 'additonal' header/nav bar on top of the normal header/nav bar. Example attached (Bonnaroo).
