  1. what has happened to dot point lists in flores (york family) Instead of being nice and compact they are now huge. Have been waiting for a fix for weeks - come on squarespace this is a silly change or a stupid mistake
  2. What has happened to the list functionality on Flores - whenever i use a list feature it expands insead of the original compact size - also lots of design functionalisty has disappeard from the menu - so annoying - anyone any thougths this is the current expanded example (below) verses the original layout - there is no tweaks available to decrease the size and the list is now unusable as a feature
  3. maybe the only way square space will take this seriously is if we make our feelings known outside of this forum trust pilot reviews at a 1 1/2 stars for SS -https://au.trustpilot.com/review/www.squarespace.com and I've just added another chop in its star rating
  4. Search functionality - its not a difficult concept so why is square space so lagging in solutions. I don't want to add custom code (or use google imbedded in my site somehow - tried it , didn't work) to make a simple search function work. That's why I use this type of web builder. If I wanted to add in custom code I'd use word press like ever other sensible person. I am happy to add tags or categories if this will fix the solution but nothing does. Even more frustrating is that the search function will bring up results from entries that are over two years old but not for new entries. i.e. if i type in "Jazz artists" -I do not get any of the new jazz artists who have joined my agency (and there have been over 100) - even though the word "jazz" appears in their listing and the tags and categories assigned to them include the words "jazz" . The only artists I get are the ones from two years ago. Squarespace you have an obligation to your paying customers to make the simple basic requirements of a system work - and that includes a search function. Solve this

  6. The quote is fine on the front end - its adding it in the back end that is the problem. SS have said they recognise the problem and are working on a solution - might see a fix is a couple of years. Its ever since they moved to the new editing system (which i particular hate and think it is a sad "upgrade")
  7. Quote blocks in the back end do not show content when adding or editing My content is in stores - products and when I go to add quotes in the Additional Features section the quote editing box displays on the right - BUT THE SECTION ON THE PAGE IS TOTALLY BLANK. You can not see the quote section on the back end page but it publishes - so you have to guess where the quote section is on the back end page
  8. We are also having issues with the Search function and are incredibly disappointed that Squarespace has not prioritised fixing this issue!
  9. I have the same issue with the york family - flores template. I dont have the coding skills to fix this issue and wouldn't know where to start I would like squarespace to get onto these issues when they first come to light so that we - the paying customer - don't have to use forums to vent our frustration. I agree with rustbelt - Squarespace need to resolve this on their own ASAP
