Blog post navigation drop down white on white

I have a blog which has a white section background. But I also have white text for my navigation links. So I have invisible dropdowns (only on blog pages). I have seen some code on forums for Header-nav-folder but nothing seems to be changing. Thinking this must be a common scenario to have a white navigation for a blog post? Appreciate any ideas.
Printing full blog post when site uses page load animations

Hi there, I'd like readers to be able to print out blog post articles but because we have page load animations, the normal system dialogue generates a print of the first paragraph and nothing more. Any suggestions of how we might be able to pre-load the page for a better formatted print out? Thank-you
