  1. Hi all! I have a quick question. I have been hosting a podcast through my business website for almost three years. About three months ago, I noticed that my podcast “episode notes” were being cut off in Apple Podcasts as displayed below. I haven’t changed the way I write the audio content so checked previous episodes and they weren’t cut off as shown below. Now I’m limited to 200 characters, which is extremely difficult to do given the amount of information that I provide listeners. I was told that the cause would have to be in my RSS feed, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to access my own RSS feed details so I can look for causes. Can someone please direct me to where to find this? Thank you so much for reading. Best, Jen
  2. I don't actually know the answer to your question (I'm sorry), but I highly recommend checking out Chartable. I use them for all of my Podcast analytics through use of a trackable Prefix in the podcast tracking portion. Chartable collects data from many different sources — podcast hosting platforms, Apple Podcasts Connect, Spotify, and the tracking service (Prefix), Trackable.
  3. Was there something specific you did in Podcast Connect? When Apple implemented the new changes weeks ago, Podcast Connect didn't work for a day and that week's episode did not did not show up on Apple Podcasts until several hours later. Podcast Connect has been working like normal and the following weeks were back to normal; however, last week my show didn’t show up until the evening (all episodes are scheduled for the early AM). Podcast Connect showed it as "published" and it populated in Apple Podcasts on iPhones running an old iOS. This is so frustrating and, at this point, I'm getting myself worked up before each release. Thanks ahead of time.
