  1. Update: After it was pointed out that the widgets weren't working because they have the same ID, I went to one of the externally linked javascript files for the widget (https://secure.givelively.org/widgets/branded_donation/roanoke-valley-childrens-choir-inc/team-alto-musical-sparks-scholarship-fundraiser.js), copied it, changed everywhere I found the existing ID in the javascript to a different ID, used the same new ID in the html div element in one of the widget's embed codes, then put the new javascript in my Squarespace page code injection, and it worked! https://www.childrenschoir.com/givelively-embedded-test
  2. Thanks so much, I did not know that about the GiveLively widgets.
  3. Hi, I am trying to embed two widgets side by side, using code blocks. I add them in the editor, but when I save it and check the live webpage, only the first widget shows up. I'm on Squarespace 7.0, using the Pacific template. As far as I can tell, there is no Ajax option, so that should be off. Here's the URL, which only shows one widget, when there should be two similar widgets side by side: https://www.childrenschoir.com/givelively-embedded-test This is what the widget's code looks like: <!-- Begin Give Lively Fundraising Widget --> <script>gl=document.createElement('script');gl.src='https://secure.givelively.org/widgets/branded_donation/roanoke-valley-childrens-choir-inc/team-soprano-musical-sparks-scholarship-fundraiser.js';document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0].appendChild(gl);</script><div data-widget-src='https://secure.givelively.org/donate/roanoke-valley-childrens-choir-inc/team-soprano-musical-sparks-scholarship-fundraiser?ref=sd_widget' id="give-lively-widget" class="gl-branded-donation-widget"></div> <!-- End Give Lively Fundraising Widget --> I attached a picture of what it looks like in the editor, correctly showing both widgets side by side, and what it looks like on the live website, not showing both of them.
  4. I am trying to make a single code block be basically the full width on only one single page, but just leaving a little bit of padding on the left and right. I'm on 7.0, with the "Pacific" template. I've looked at other similar forum posts and tried what they said, but with not much luck. The page is: https://www.childrenschoir.com/givelively-embedded-test
  5. Site URL: https://livingwithhopecounseling.com/ I'm trying to add an audio block in the footer of a website, and when it's played, it will keep playing when people navigate to other pages on the website. This seems possible with AJAX, and I enabled AJAX loading on the site. I like the simplistic format of the regular Squarespace audio block, so it would be nice to use that, but make it persistent across the site. I tried to go into code inspection on the site, to try to copy the audio block in html, apply some kind of persistent container to it (which I found here: https://tritondigitalcommunity.force.com/s/article/Player-Widgets-Using-AJAX-for-Player-Persistence), and add it back into the site with a code block. I'm not versed at all in coding, so the copy paste thing I found for a persistent code block didn't work. Do you think this sort of persistent audio player setup would work on an AJAX Squarespace site easily? Am I just missing a tiny bit of code, or is the concept flawed? I'm using the Basil Template (in the Brine family).
