Having issues with anchor links / tags on page

@tuanphan hoping you can assist! is there a known issue with creating anchor links / tags to other pages within the site? I believe I have everything coded properly but the anchor link I've created does not seem to work. https://www.mortgagemilestones.ca/contact/#i-need-this I'm trying to link content from the services page directly to the contact form on the contact page using the above. Thank you SO much!
