  1. xxxxxxxx.squarespace.com/config/website/pages I an having the same problem on 2 different PCs & a Chromebook. Same problem using Firefox and Chrome, so it probably isn't a computer or browser problem. I may need to create a new home page and delete the problem child.
  2. I have no idea where to access "try editing your site using safe mode (append /config/safe/ to your domain name)". I don't see where I can edit or use safe mode.
  3. I am NOT able to edit parts my home page for some reason. I can edit the header, footer & some "content" areas. The main page will not allow the EDIT pop-up to appear to edit most of my homepage. The site was built a few years ago using ver. 7.0 and i have tried to change templates to fix this problem. (Version 7.0– York family Jasper Jin template). I am unable to change the /home to another page as the button is grayed out.
  4. I have had my Squarespace page for years. I built the site using templates from version 7.0. Recently I noticed several pages were missing content, images, text and links. I was reading on some of the forum pages that version 7.0 templates are getting outdated or obsolete and thought I should do a refresh of the page and I started a trial page using templates from ver. 7.1 and wanted to update when I finished. It seems extremely difficult to update an existing domain plus my connected Acuity Scheduling account to a new look. Am I supposed to cancel both the site and Acuity accounts and start everything from scratch? There must be and easier way to update a website than cancelling and starting over.
  5. I have a site on Squarespace and am trying to move a trial site to my primary domain. I have a site on Squarespace built a few years ago using Version 7.0 (York family Jasper Jin template) that recently crashed. Images and content went missing. I am building a new site using 7.1 trial version and can't seem to find how to move the trial site to my existing domain. I have followed the "help" links that follow a circular path back to the same page. I cannot find the "disconnect" site to disconnect the existing site to allow the move of my trial site. I cannot move the trial page to my existing site because I already own that site????
