  1. @tuanphan thank you so much - as always you come to my rescue - I'm just confused as to why we needed to add this code - is it to over-ride some CSS in the site? I would not have been able to find the answer to this as I can't see the cause.
  2. Hi I have a form on a client's site that is doing something strange. When the submit button of the form is clicked the button font color changes to red making it the same color as the button background and therefore invisible. It then shrinks a little before moving to the redirect page. I've looked at all my css and can't get to the bottom of this. Strangely in mobile view on the backend it behaves as expected - red text white background but on an actual mobile device I get the issue as shown in video below. Upon further testing It's not just the menu submission button but also the navigation call to action button on mobile too - it loses the text. So I'm guessing it's a button issue on the whole or theme issue? The page with the offending form button https://www.alfonsos.com.au/request-a-quote Home page for mobile navigation menu (REQUEST A QUOTE) https://www.alfonsos.com.au/ Thanks in advance, Helen RPReplay_Final1697778769.MP4
  3. Thank you so much @tuanphan That's perfect and I appreciate your help.
  4. Hello My client would like to change the wording of the event pagination located at the bottom of https://www.lycetteandassociates.com/calendar/trends-and-innovations-in-global-housekeeping-management-2023-presentation-edinburgh (password=lycette) Instead of earlier event and later event she would like it to say previous event and next event. Also I have hidden the meta tags but feel that the spacing between the registration button and the pagination is too much. Is there code that would help with both of these? I have exhausted my possibilities and am calling on the professionals... Thank you.
  5. I've added some code to add a border around images on a site - on desktop all is fine but on mobile there is a strange gap between the bottom of the image and the bottom border. I'm puzzled by this and would love some help if possible. Many thanks in advance.
  6. Site URL: https://twentytwentysix.gallery/limited-editions/martine-emdur This post is both a warning of sorts as well as a request for advice. Stripe has closed down the account of my client due to selling limited edition prints. "Specifically, we are unable to accept payments for pornography and adult content, as mentioned on our restricted businesses list." The site in question is an art gallery website - the artworks are created by a very highly regarded fine artist and the content is by no means pornographic or adult content. The art hangs in houses, commercial venues and in these situations would most certainly be viewed by children. The client appealed and are now asking for a solution.... The site was recently upgraded to 7.1 and it was my suggestion to use Squarespace ecommerce for an easier experience for the gallery. Previously on 7.0 we used a shopify button but because there were a lot of products that was a logistical nightmare - using squarespace has been (until now) far more pleasurable. In looking for alternatives Shopify has the same list of restricted businesses and adult content/pornographic images are listed so I'm surprised the account wasn't flagged. The client appealed and received communication saying their decision is final. I was hoping that if the offending images were removed from the store it would ameliorate the situation but from what I understand the account is 'closed'. Has anyone been through a similar experience with art as opposed to other products like CBD etc and if so what was your solution? Thanks in advance.....
  7. Hi Cornflower sorry I missed this notification! I didn't need to use developer mode with fancybox. I ended up changing to lightgallery.js only because fancybox did a big upgrade but didn't include social sharing as far as I could see. Lightgallery also possible without developer mode. You can see it in action here. The client wanted it to be possible to zoom in on the cartoons to make them legible. It works to a degree.
  8. Site URL: https://www.turtlepictures.com.au/films/art-films Hi I'm fine tuning a portfolio/print site and trying to get rid of the flashing on this page. It has three video blocks and when the page loads the captions appear with white space and then the thumbnails load afterwards. I have tried various bits of code to turn off animations etc but am not winning and the client wants to get rid of it before going public.... This is the code I've added but it doesn't appear to have changed anything. [data-section-id="6190b06ab5d8d65b6b28f9ae"] * { transform: unset !important; opacity: 1 !important; transition-delay: unset !important; transition: unset !important; } Appreciate any help thanks so much.
  9. Hello Patrick I'm down the zoom rabbit hole as well - have you changed your method from lightbox anything plus magic zoom to just using fancybox? I'm testing fancybox out and have uploaded the gallery and inserted it as a code block - is there a better way than this? thanks for your help...
