Lately, I've been having a huge problem uploading .zip files through my Commerce digital goods section. Normally, they are around 120mb. When I do a test upload to Dropbox, it's about 4-5 minutes. Last night, it took an hour and a half to upload two. I have fast cable service here at my studio (~50mbps). Is there something going on at the SS server, or is this now normal? This never happened before. Wasting tons of time on this problem.
Photographer here, and I'm having problems with clients who don't know how to handle .zip files. I have explicit directions on how to do it, but still, have tons of problems with it. I know- get in the 21st century! Is there a way I could upload my files to Dropbox, then after they pay through the commerce system, they could get a link to that Dropbox file instead of downloading a .zip file, which the majority don't know how to handle? Would make my life a TON easier. TIA
