  1. Site URL: https://journeycamera.com/ Hi It would be great to get some site feedback. I've been on this so long I have no clue anymore. I am sure there are things to do but not sure what. Thanks, Alf
  2. Site URL: https://journeycamera.com/minimalist-camera-straps Is the SQUARESPACE policy remove the copyright from image metadata when I upload my copyrighted stock images? I posted a few months ago regarding Squarespace stripping my metadata © from my images. I have written emails. Has anything changed?
  3. Yea... I'm getting the same response from Semrush. Testing 123 Squarespace> Anyone home?
  4. Site URL: https://journeycamera.com/ Semrush is showing errors listed as uncompressed JavaScript and CSS files. Is there help from squarespace on this?
  5. Site URL: https://journeycamera.com/ I just read this article. I am stunned!! Why would Squarespace do this? I own my images. Period. https://petapixel.com/2020/05/20/squarespace-please-stop-stripping-copyright-data-from-our-photos/
  6. Squarespace strips out all xmp copyright data. https://petapixel.com/2020/05/20/squarespace-please-stop-stripping-copyright-data-from-our-photos/
  7. Site URL: https://journeycamera.com Under construction (still). I've been at this for 2 days. ScreamingFrog is giving me the 404 code attached. I've ripped out ALL internal links from the product pages including additional information. I am stumped. Login = PleaseHelp
  8. Site URL: https://journeycamera.com/ I'm confused as to -home page, splash page and landing page-. What is the best approach/type of page for the root domain name? With the LOGO being the link to the splash page why does that page need to be in the NAV? If that root splash/landing page is in -not linked- in the NAV it throws a 401. What if the home page is the listing of all the products? Root = https://journeycamera.com/ Root + all products = https://journeycamera.com/sure-grip-and-leather-camera-straps
  9. Editing links from product pages. When I initially create a link it will accept the entire url of the page I am linking to. I've changed the name/url of the page I am linking to so I am going back to all the product pages to update the link to page. Upon edit, the url field will not accept the full url including the root but only the page. Example https://journeycamera.com/sure-grip-and-leather-straps was accepted when the link with originally created. When I changed the page name to https://journeycamera.com/sure-grip-and-leather-camera-straps (adding camera) only the /sure-grip-and-leather-camera-straps would allow an update. What is the proper way to create links to other pages? Include the root or just the page leaving the root out?
  10. Site URL: https://journeycamera.com/camera-lens-specifications-weights I can't remember the html code to disable a code instruction but remember is it <rem> </rem>
  11. Thanks for the reply. That got the images going after a reboot. Perhaps too many tabs. I still can't see the changes in styles ...as I do it. And I can't click in the area and have it jump/go to that section of the admin>styles. Admin requires the same browser tab to see changes live. Do you build sites? ?
  12. Site URL: https://journeycamera.com ADMIN IS NOT SHOWING IMAGES AND PREVIEW FUNCTION IN STYLES DOES NOT WORK. I CAN'T SEE WHAT I AM DOING.

  14. I have information that I want to put in a table. What is the best way to do this?
  15. In the process of trying to make a sticky header and nav I've created a train-wreck. I am clueless on this stuff. Can someone please help me get this squared away. Thanks... color: hsl(36, 63%, 81%) !important; .Header.Header--top { position: fixed; top: 0px; z-index:1000; width:100%; box-shadow: 0px 2px 3px rgba(0,0,0,0.1) }header.Header.Header--bottom.Header--overlay { position: fixed; top: 85.2px; left: 0; right: 0; z-index: 999 } /* Sticky Nav */ \ /* Fix overlap banner image */ .Content-outer { margin-top: 80px; }} #block-5d937b05b224e868cf56ff92{ text-shadow:2px 2px 4px #333; h1{font-size: 3em; font-weight: 600;} h3{font-size: 1.5em;} nav#main-navigation { text-shadow: 0px 0px 3px #aaa; } } /* Place tagline below branding */ /* When in top-center position */ /* for Brine family templates */ [data-nc-base="header"] [data-nc-container="top-center"] { flex-direction: column; } [data-nc-base="header"] [data-nc-container="top-center"] [data-nc-element="tagline"] { -webkit-box-ordinal-group: 3; -ms-flex-order: 3; -webkit-order: 3; order: 3; /* Adjust for distance from title */ margin-top: -17px; } p, h1, h2, h3{ -webkit-hyphens: manual !important; -moz-hyphens: manual !important; -ms-hyphens: manual !important; hyphens: manual !important;} .sqs-block-button .sqs-block-button-element--small { width: 70%; } .markdown-block p { margin-left:1.5em; } .markdown-block .ui-closed:before { font-family:monospace; content:"+ "; } // HIDE PREFOOTER // #preFooter { display: none !important; } .markdown-block .ui-open:before { font-family:monospace; content:"- "; } .checkoutbutton { margin-left: 35px; font-size: 20px; font-weight: 600 !important; border: 0px solid #000; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: .05em; text-align: center; width: 17px !important; text-decoration: none; background-color: #54524F; color: #66d172; padding: 12px; } .form-wrapper .field-list .field .field-element {background: #f2e1c6}

  17. I have lists of wheelchairs with name model weight wheel sizes wheel type foldable color Chair A 10lbs 22" Spoke Yes. Paisley etc How are the Gargle Botts going to handshake with the tables? vs Do a plain text file. The text files are a terror to get the spacing right. AND the text file will be easy for any yahoo to copy with no problem. As I write, the items and data are being entered from a text file into a spreadsheet/table that an be a csv or whatever. It was suggested to connect via google sheets. I would think that would increase load time thus yet again... the Gargle Botts having a frowney face. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance...
