My Issue:
Whilst I also require a UK shipping option (my home/domestic area), the 'Add Shipping Option’ facility does not provide for ONE ‘Europe’ shipping zone (as with United States/54 States and Canada/13 Provinces) which means it is necessary to enter each European country/option individually.
Solution:
Provide a ‘Europe’ shipping option/zone.
