  1. Is this the final form or are you planning on embedding it in the future? If you haven't embedded it yet would you be able to share the embedded code?
  2. I see, would you be able to share the embed code or a link to your website. There may be a way around it with an on click event but it will just depend on how exactly the form is embedded.
  3. The upload field, instead of on the checkout page as the upload field won’t work on the checkout page.
  4. Make sure that you’ve not set any of your pages to no index and that you don’t have password set on your website. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022347072-Hiding-pages-from-search-engine-results https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205813898-Why-doesn-t-my-site-appear-in-Google-searches-
  5. I would recommend including it in a product form instead of the checkout page as it won’t work on the checkout page. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205811218-Creating-a-custom-product-form
  6. The fav icon will eventually be indexed by Google and appear in search results. Have you submitted your website to Google via the Search Console? If not I would recommend doing that. https://search.google.com/search-console/about
  7. I agree that there should be a solution to this but unfortunately there isn’t really any work around. I guess you could build one with the Inventory API but it would be a lot of technical setup. The best advise I can give is to submit a feature request with customer care. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  8. Absolutely I've linked to a free plugin from Ghost Plugins/@Omari that will do what you need. https://www.ghostplugins.com/steps/zxncn8gw
  9. It looks like you need to increase the line height.
  10. Sorry, I think I misunderstood your original question; I thought you wanted another website for your e-commerce. Yes, you can have two domains pointed at one website but users will be redirected to your primary domain. For example I have thompsonwebdesign.co.uk pointed to my website but my primary domain is thompsonweb.design. When you type in thompsonwebdesign.co.uk you are redirected to my primary domain thompsonweb.design. As for redirecting them to a specific page I would look into domain forwarding with your domain provider instead of linking it to your Squarespace website. I have linked to the below thread which talks about domain forwarding.
  11. Yes, but you will need a separate Squarespace subscription if you want it to point to another domain. Then on your current website you would just need to set-up a URL redirect. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205815308-URL-redirects
  12. Hi @NiceToMeetYou, this is intended behaviour; it will only display once per page load. This is because otherwise it had a tendency to keep on popping up even when dismissed on AJAX enabled websites.
  13. Honestly it sounds like this maybe the best solution. There isn't really anything like this that will integrate with Squarespace campaigns.
  14. Try placing the below into your websites global CSS. I wasn't sure if you wanted to change the title or price font size so I've included both. .product-block .productDetails .product-title, .product-block .productDetails .product-price { font-size: 20px!important;}
  15. So there are a few options to achieve this. The simplest way would be to use @michaeleparkour free tool which will allow you to place an upload field on the built-in Squarespace forms. Then on each of your products I would add a product form where you will be able to include the upload field for customers to upload their images. https://www.squarewebsites.org/blog/squarespace-websites-uploader https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205811218-Creating-a-custom-product-form
  16. Just put the below into a code block on the page. <style> .main-content { background-color: black!important;} </style>
  17. No, you can't modify a blocks HTML. You could view your pages source and find the HTML for the block and then copy that into a code block and make whatever edits you want from there but that's not really ideal. What do you want to change about the gallery block? As an aside there's nothing stopping you from enabling developer mode, everything you've done so far will be saved; it's literally a flick of the switch. Just be sure that you really need developer mode before you enable it.
  18. Hi @fantasiummedia, I’ve updated my blog post so it should now work on your website. You will just need to replace the code that goes in the code injector footer.
  19. Hi @fantasiummedia, So I've played around a bit and made some adjustments with the code that goes in the footer and I can get it to semi-work on the template that you are using. Just from what I can see it looks like you're using a template from the York family, is that correct? If so I can get it to work without AJAX enabled. For whatever reason the pop-up I've created works with AJAX enabled on the Brine family of templates but not the York... Anyway if you are using a template from the York family then you can Disable Ajax. Just go to the Design -> Site Styles and within the first block, last item you will see a checkbox for AJAX.
  20. You can customise them to a degree with HTML but you can't add blocks in the way that you can with campaigns. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206540797-Commerce-email-notifications
  21. I've written a blog post about adding a pop-up that appears when a user adds an item to their cart (linked below). I haven't tested it on the specific template that you are using but its worth trying. https://thompsonweb.design/squarespace-website-tips/added-to-cart-pop-up
  22. Hi there, It can take up to 72 hours for your website to fully switch over. Clearing your cache won’t speed anything up because it’s the cache on servers such as those of ISPs. Once those caches have been fully updated then people will be redirected to your new website but it will take some time. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206206678-Why-domain-updates-take-up-to-72-hours
  23. Yes, you will just need to enable the index page navigation. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/212838128#index-navigation
  24. Unfortunately there isn’t any sort of migration tool from 7.0 to 7.1. What features were you hoping to use from 7.1?
