I hate the way my page looks on mobile view as a one column - is there anyway to turn off one column views on mobile devices? (I'd rather my page not be mobile responsive than for it to look the way it does now).

No that's not what I'm looking for - I only want to make the top footer block white; so as you know, the footer is split into three sections - top, middle and bottom. The Top section is where I've put the partner information - that's the only part of the footer I want white. I hope that makes sense!
