  1. Hi @Maribeltb, Yeah if you mean on the Oliver J. Woods site, I just added two buttons on the 'Additional Info' tab. One goes to /cart and one goes back to /shop.... Hope that helps!
  2. Hi Paul - They want to show £120, as UK retailers are obliged to show full price including tax. Thanks for any advice...
  3. I also have this issue — client's main business is in UK, and now needs to show full price on website, but remove the included tax for sales in EU. Just adding to this post in case someone finds an answer...
  4. Site URL: https://www.oliverjwoods.com I would like to run a free shipping offer at the same time as a subscriber 10% discount. But is there a way to prevent users from combining? Ideally allowing them only the bigger discount — for example if the free shipping is a better discount than 10%, then they automatically get the free shipping. Thanks in advance for any pointers!
  5. I have the same issue. My site is at https://bumblebee-moose-8eag.squarespace.com/ I'm using 7.1 here and want to use a carousel which features both images and video if possible?
  6. Hi — It is a small world. My son is in Guam at the moment visiting his grandma. Here is where it shows you how to automatically apply discount defined by a 'trigger' https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205811178#toc-select-a-trigger I think it only works on Commerce Advanced plan though. Good luck! C
  7. Site URL: https://oliverjwoods.com/shop/blackseed-wax I would like to move the 'add to cart' button above the product info so the flow is 1. Product name 2. Quantity 3. Add to cart. 4 Product info 5. Additional info. Is this possible?

  9. Hafa Adai! It looks great. My 2 cents - you can automate the free shipping so they don't need to use a code, which allows a bigger font and therefore more impact on the bar. I agree with Derrick that font size could be a little bigger, as its easier to read and feels friendly. And you have a cap H in CHamoru in your story. Greetings from Amsterdam (I'm married to a Chamoru)
  10. I added a new product to my inventory. And it showed up fine in the shop. But when I added a product block on the front page the product block couldn’t ‘find’ the item to embed. Am I missing something simple? And is there a workaround?
  11. Hey Paul - It all seems to be working well, but I've lost the bold product names I had before. I think I used some code but have forgotten – do you happen to know how I should do this? Thanks for your help - last question I promise...
  12. Ok thanks for your help! Will try the product blocks approach and lobby for the button in Product Summary block. T
  13. At the moment I import shop products in a product gallery block onto the homepage and I am trying to add a 'add to cart' button beneath each of the products to see if that improves conversion. Is there a way to do this? I'm using Brine template and the site is at www.oliverjwoods.com Here's a pic of where I'd like the buttons to go Thanks for any help! C

  16. My store checkout page shows Apple Pay as a huge default button, with the tiny copy below reading 'Or checkout with credit card or PayPal. As most of my customers are using credit card I would like to flip the hierarchy here, or at least make it equal. Ideally I would replace the apple logo with a security padlock icon and have that go through to all payment input boxes
