We just launched a new Subscription/Membership service using Squarespace and Stripe for payments.

What’s the best way to manage these memberships outside of Squarespace?

I need to be able to manage our members-only mailing list effectively including subs, unsubs, and EDM’s. There isn't a Zap for this. So at the moment, I've just been manually copying them across every month. This creates obvious issues e.g. cancellations.

Follow up on my previous post. Only my Australian members are being charged the 10% tax rate. 

How do I add a tax rate to all customers, regardless of location?

Manually adding it for every country sounds extremely tedious.

Heya,

We recently launched a new members area with subscriptions. 

I've just noticed some of our members are being charged 10% GST successfully, and others aren't.

I've had a look around to try and work out why but cannot for the life of me find the issue. I've posted a screenshot below. The monthly subscription cost is $49. You can see where they were charged the 10% and where they weren't. This is all from the same week. We only have 1 members area. 

What am I missing?

Also desperately needing this! Or any other potential workaround if anyone has suggestions. 

Having to manually invoice clients when they engage us for their services feels... outdated. haha
