How to move Add to Cart button below Additional Info section

I don't see any options to change the layout in the Design section. Can something like that be done? See attached screenshots: "From-here" and "To-here". Thanks

Import content into List Section from csv

We have a client who would like the ability to import content specifically into a List Section (fields: title, body). They just have a lot of list items that change frequently and they do not want to have to manually review and enter them each time. I haven't had any luck searching, anyone know of anything (plugin etc.) that can handle this? Thanks!
