  1. Hey @MM1! I've checked your site using Google Chrome and not seeing issues with the footer. Take a look: Screenshot The issue you’re seeing might actually be related to your browser. Browsers can cause a variety of display and editing errors on a site. To rule out the browser as the cause of the issue, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this guide: Browser troubleshooting Hope this helps!
  2. Hey @Bdobell! As mentioned by @sruss76, it does look like that while your site is set to Public, there is still a password added to your homepage. It is possible to individually password-protect pages and they do not become public, regardless of the site status, until you remove the password. Here is a quick link to a guide for the reference, should you need it: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022365512-Controlling-who-can-see-your-site-s-pages Hope this helps!
  3. Hey @junglejow! If you would like to display all the blog posts in the Summary Block and you have more than 30, you could try following the process outlined here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013250848-Displaying-collection-items-in-Summary-Blocks#toc-displaying-more-than-30-items If you are looking to do something else, please share more information and the site URL. Hope this helps!
  4. Hey@terrymcdonaldd, Yeah, changing Default Country in Address Fields would help with that, if your cheaper shipping option is from the location you choose. If you have multiple shipping options available for the same location, the cheapest one will show first by default. Here is a quick link to a guide for the reference, should you need it: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206540957-Checkout-settings Glad to see you have figured this one out and it is now resolved. Have a good one!
  5. Hey @Furikiteboarding, From your screenshot it looks like you are seeing an overlay color, when you are adding Card Image Blocks. To change this, navigate to Design -> Colors -> and edit the theme that appears over the section where you are adding these Image Blocks. The tweak you need to remove this overlay color is called Image Block: Card -> Image Overlay. You may also want to check out this guide on editing colors: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205815278-Changing-colors Hope this helps!
  6. Hey @Akanksha, Check out this guide on how to create thumbnail navigation, this may be the solution you are looking for: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/220894547-Creating-thumbnail-image-navigation You can use the process outlined in the guide above to create clickthrough images that will then lead to any other page. If you are using Squarespace 7.1 you could also look into using Portfolio Pages - they have the functionality you are looking for built-in: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/210295778-Building-a-portfolio-site Hope
  7. Hey @Michael143, What you are looking for isn't currently a feature available at Squarespace. When you give a contributor Editing permissions, they would apply to every page on the site, rather than a specific page. Check out this guide here, it explains how permissions work with Squarespace: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206537297-Squarespace-permissions-explained Hope this helps!
  8. Hey @itamar84! While accepting pre-orders requires a credit card, you could look into using product waitlists instead, if you do not want to charge in advance. Check out this guide, it explains how waitlisting products works: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035947211/ Essentially, this is a way of recording interest and collecting contact information from the users who are interested in the product and would like to be notified, once it is in stock and available to order. Hope this helps!
  9. Hey @Matt_J! You may want to look into using a Markdown Block for this. Check out this guide: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206543587-Markdown-cheat-sheet There is also a Markdown cheat sheet here that has information on how to change colors: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206543587-Markdown-cheat-sheet#toc-text-colors-and-fonts Hope this helps!
  10. Hey @L_Avec! The feature you are looking for has recently been added. You can now duplicate a section on Squarespace 7.1 by using a duplicate icon next to the little pencil icon. You can find more information about this here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206543627-Duplicating-pages-and-content#toc-duplicate-a-page-section You cannot duplicate a collection section, but all the content from the layout section will be duplicated on the same page. Hope this helps!
  11. Hey @veganedge! The tool is useful when coding your own site, but can present misleading results for sites built on a CMS platform, like Squarespace. You can find some information on this here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206545657#toc-google-s-pagespeed-insights-errors There is also a great guide on formatting images for web here, if you want to check it out: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/search?commit=Search&query=Formatting+your+images+for+display+on+the+web&utf8=✓ Hope this helps!
