  1. HI there Squarespace World-

I have been working on a website that has multiple slideshow galleries displayed on each page. I want each gallery to fill the same exact amount of space so that the whole page looks aligned/ even.

I am laying out the gallery blocks on "blank sections" with customer grids in Squarespace 7.1.  I defined the frame for each gallery to be the same, then I added content and selected (TRUE), "Automatically Crop Images".  These are all Slideshow Gallery Blocks.

For some reason, the images still aren't filling the frame in some of the gallery slideshows. This happens so matter which sequence the images are in. The text block beneath responds properly and stays aligned where I designed it. Just images don't fill the frame!

Thanks for taking a look for me! Would love your throughts.

  2. I am about to finalize moving our 7.0 site to 7.1. I have replicated content and uploaded all our images and refreshed all the layouts as directed in the Squarespace documentation

I couldn't find any forum or Squarespace document that explains whether or not analytics data moves with a domain from one site subscription to another. Will we be able to save that information and have it on our new 7.1 site? Is there any way to move the data over manually if it doesn't do that automatically?

Thanks in advance for your help!

  3. Hey there Rebecca!

Here's the way I solved this: Make all your images (or any blocks you have) edge-to-edge. (24 is divisible by 4, so make each one 6 blocks wide.) Then, use the spacing adjustment to add however much gap you want between each.

In other words... Don't use the blocks to create space between images: use the grid spacing.
