  1. I found an instance on my public blog. If you go to my blog page at https://www.rebeccagracedesigns.com/blog and search "html" this is what is coming up for me.
  2. The page is hidden behind a membership so I cannot share a link to the actual page. If you go to my blog page at https://www.rebeccagracedesigns.com/blog and use the search bar to search, it works great. However, I do not have any code blocks displaying HTML on that blog. They generally show CSS or Javascript. I have a paid blog similar in style to my public blog. However, some of those posts have code blocks displaying HTML. When you use the search on that page, it sometimes looks like the attached photo. It seems like the search results page is reading the HTML code in the co
  3. I am using a Code Block set to "display source" to showcase several code snippets on a blog site. However, I find that if I have any HTML in these blocks it messes with that post's display on the Search Results page in Squarespace. Has anyone else run into this? Is there a way to display code on my site without it being read by Squarespace besides just inputting it as text? I have contacted Squarespace as I think this is a flaw in their "display source" function. However as soon as you mention custom code, they refuse to help.
  4. Yep!! Add a block id before the .summary-carousel-pager-next.. So... (" #BLOCKID .summary-carousel-pager-next ")
  5. It's possible it was clashing with another Jquery Library on your site. Try the update as it doesn't use Jquery.
  6. The 3000 in the code makes it change every 3 seconds. Make this number higher to slow it down.
  7. **UPDATED*** For anyone still looking, I found a workaround for autoplaying a Summary Carousel Block. It autoclicks the next button every three seconds. Inject this is Settings > Advanced > Code Injection > Footer <script> window.onload = function() { var nextArrow = document.querySelector(".summary-carousel-pager-next"); function clickNext() { nextArrow.click(); } setInterval(clickNext, 3000); }; </script> I updated this code to remove the use of JQuery (for page speed reasons) as well as to help with the refresh
  8. I am in the process of building a plugin and I have noticed something odd in Squarespace 7.1. In the Squarespace Editor, the site switches over to the mobile menu at about 640 px in width. However, when I inspect the site with developer tools it switches at about 1024 px. My Plugin is only for the desktop version of the site (when the mobile menu is not active). The problem I am having is that if I set the code to be for screens above 640px it looks great in the Squarespace Editor but not on the live version. If I set the code to be for screens above 1024px is looks great live but not in
  9. Not sure if you are still looking for a solution but I just added a breadcrumb plugin to my shop. You can check it out at https://www.rebeccagracedesigns.com/plugins/breadcrumb-navigation
  10. I am having trouble with this as well. The link and smooth scroll work fine but when I refresh the page, it automatically jumps to the anchor link without having to press the anchor button. Any ideas?
  11. As this was posted a little while ago, I am assuming you have moved on or found a solution. However, I just posted a solution to this on my blog for anyone else that is wondering how to create a vertical navigation in Squarespace. https://www.rebeccagracedesigns.com/blog/vertical-navigation-squarespace
