We are going through the same thing now as we have received these email twice now. We where using MailChimp in the beginning but opted to move to SQSP email campaigns. -
We are getting the same on a site but don't have MailChimp connected anywhere.

For those using SQSP e-commerce, has anyone found a way to customize the available add-to-cart form? Also, we would love to figure out how that information is captured; ideally, we'd love to see it passed through to our CRM.
