I love the hover follow cursor effect that is available for Portfolio pages (effect attached).
I want to use this effect but for blog posts. Is this possible?

The pagination between blog posts seems to have completely disappeared on all my blogs. Any ideas as to why this could be happening?

I don't have a website URL right now. Just exploring options for an upcoming project.
Ultimately I'd love to have the hover cursor effect for blog posts. Something similar to this
