I saw other similar posts about custom CSS or plug-ins, but I never made those changes recently. Would there be a way to change back to default if I ever mistakenly changed sth on the CSS?

Site URL: https://www.workatwanderloft.com/ The website header had disappeared for weeks, at first I thought it was a glitch and the problem has stayed for weeks. The original setting was "fixed position -> scroll back", if I chose to disable the "fixed position", the header reappears, but it's not showing the full options of the navigation list. What should I do now? Thanks!
