Custom "add to cart" button with conditional customer input

We sell kits that require the customer to purchase a tool if they do not already have the tool. We make and sell the tool as well. When the "Add to Cart" button is clicked is there which will add the tool to their cart if they respond to a question appropriately? Thanks, John

This is a legacy feature implemented many years ago previous to the new editor. I can not find any way to edit the link and its text or simply to delete the link. A picture showing the link is provided. Does anyone know how to edit the link and/or how to delete it. Thanks!
