BTW this was the CSS I used to accomplish what I wanted on the store and product item pages because they were acting the same way the shopping cart page is. I have already injected CSS code to change the header color to black on the store and product pages. In doing so it also automatically changed the drop down page links to match the rest of the site, which is GREAT. The issue is the only page that doesn't match is the shopping cart. I need the header to be black and I need the black drop down menus in the nav bar to show the links in white until I hover and they turn red. Basically just look at any other page (header and black drop down nav). Not one bit of CSS I've put in does a thing to change the shopping cart page. HELPE PLEASE!
