    Do we understand you correctly that you want to place the widget here (screenshot 1) so that it looked like WhatsApp icon from the website in the example (screenshot 2)?

    In case we misunderstood you, could you please elaborate on it?

    This widget looks similar to your example and it has an option to add multiple icons, including WhatsApp:

    If you have online business without physical address, you should use Google Maps Embed code. This article will guide you through all the steps - https://help.elfsight.com/article/164-ways-to-set-your-google-place-in-elfsight-google-reviews-widget.

    In this way, you can check our Instagram Feed widget - https://elfsight.com/instagram-feed-instashow/.

    On the Layout tab you just need to choose Grid:

    Happy to hear that everything is fine with alt attribute.

    As for the low performance on mobile, there are 2 main reason for this:

    1. script loading time
    2. images

    You can try to add the attribute below to your images. 

    rel="preload"

    As for the script loading time, it's unlikely, that there is a possible solution. We are really sorry about it.

    In general, you can find all the recommendations on how to improve the performance in Opportunities section:

    You are absolutely right, our lazy loading code is generic and can be applied to different widgets.

    We've checked your webpage and  our widget affects loading speed of your page but not so much. So, it's not the reason for the low performance. You can see it in the screenshot.

    As for the missing alt tag, we've forwarded your request to our devs and, hopefully, they'll come up with a solution really soon.

    We'd like to tell you that We’ve implemented a new lazy loading feature, which will help you significantly improve Google Page Speed Score.

    You just need to add the “data-elfsight-app-lazy ” attribute to the <div> element of your installation code.

    For example, here’s how your installation code will look:

    You are absolutely right! Unfortunately, such a functionality isn't available in our app yet. However, we have such a request in our Wishlist.
