Payment Plans are not charging customers for their reccuring payments

Hi, My new customers are not being charged their recurring payments. ie. They signed up for a 12-pay plan, and made the first payment, no charge has been administered for their subsequent payments. When I look at their account in Stripe it shows that there are no subscription payments added to their accounts. What is happening? how do I fix it?
