  1. For some reason, I'm not getting that ding anymore when running the DevTool AXE extension. I did use the Social Icon Block in Squarespace. I didn't change anything since writing this post. Now my issue is consistency between ADA checkers. The DevTool extension says one of the sites is pretty good, but when I try website ADA checkers I get various alerts. I assume that's because they want me to buy something. The one site I'm checking is: foxaltadena.com I have two more sites, but this is the one for my original post. Thanks.
  2. Hi there, To improve AMA compliance of my website, I need to add names to the social media icons in the Social Links block at the bottom of the page. I can't find a way to do this. I saw some posts about injecting code into the Footer, but when I tried that I just got a bunch of code text on the bottom of the page. I assume that's because there's nothing in the footer block (there isn't an option to inject code into the Social Links block. Or maybe it wasn't a simple copy/paste of the code given in the example (that stuff is above my head) You'd think Squarespace would have an easier way to do this seeing as AMA compliance is so important. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you.
  3. Yes, I know I can edit the site I'm looking for more specifics on retrofitting existing sites. I'm asking if something can be added which doesn't compromise the style already in place, but will enhance the website for visitor needing further assistance. Thank you.
  4. Hello, I have three restaurant websites built with Squarespace several years ago. I want to make the ADA compliant and was wondering if I can retrofit these existing sites, or if I need to start from scratch? I'm using the following Templates: Native Pacific And the third one doesn't have a Design button for me to check. I didn't build this page but inherited it. At the bottom of the Pages section is says version 7.1 (could it just be a Squarespace build without template?) Please let me know if there's further info that would help. Thank you,
  5. It's not up anywhere yet. I'm in the building stage. But I may have come up with a solution. If it's the right solution, who knows? I started dragging the image boxes to make them bigger until they lined up. I had redone the backgrounds so they were all on the same plane. Of course, maybe I could've just resized the image boxes with the older backgrounds. Of course if there's a better way than to split them up, that'd be swell.
  6. Is it possible to add multiple links or buttons on top of a single image? I've got an image I want to use as my navigation, but I can only add one link. I tried chopping up the imaged into different blocks and add them individually, but then they don't line up. Is there no way to do what I'm trying to do in SquareSpace? Or is there some CSS code that would help? Thanks in advance
