How can we add a FILE UPLOAD option to the Email Form builder? I have a client that wants to create a MAINTENANCE REQUEST Form where tenants can fill out along with a photo of issue for submission. Any good solutions that are free that work with form builder?

I tried this on a current 7.0 site and it works fine. Drop downs and booking etc. I added SAME code to 7.1 and it shows up but does not function at all and almost appears compressed in fact. Any ideas how to fix this? I even turned of Animation as I know SCALING has caused issues per SQCS on other things on 7.1. Still did not change anything.
