  1. Thank you! I think I discovered what the issue was . Appreciate all the help 👍
  2. Ah ok, interesting. Where can I find the twcsl to re-install again? Can't seem to locate it for some reason. In the Code injection Header area, I currently have the below which I used for the "Add to Cart Redirect" script. Is this a different twcsl? <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.7.1/jquery.min.js"></script> <script src="/s/twcsl.js"></script>
  3. Sorry for the delay, was waiting for the domain to connect! See link here: https://www.spenada.com/allproducts/p/urban Password: Daytrip543 For now, this is the only product with a Product Form but the same form will be applied to all the products. (Website still in progress) Thank you!
  4. Hey there! I followed these steps for my "1 | Description" field. I did the following: 1. Added code from file product quick view observe changes.html to Website > Pages > Website Tools > Code Injection > FOOTER. 2. Added the twcPcftfml callback name to the code above (see below) <script> if ( window.twc == undefined ) window.twc = { }; twc.mloc = { callbacks : [ /* following is an example line. copy and paste it after the example line. remove the double forward slash space of the new line. replace the name with your callback */ // '[ enter your callback name here replacing square brackets ]' 'twcPcftfml' ] }; </script> 3. Added code from file product custom form text field max length.html to Website > Pages > Website Tools > Code Injection > FOOTER, before the product quick view observe changes code. 4. Added the "ftfml : { 10 }" into the placeholder field but it actually made the text box disappear (see screenshot below):
  5. Thank you so much! This worked great and exactly what I was looking for. This was for my other post (not this character limit one) but appreciate you answering this other issue, regardless!! It was a big help.
  6. Hey Everyone! I have products that, when a customer clicks "Add to Cart", a Product Form pops-up to collect further details. Is there any custom code that can set a character limit for the Product Form text fields? The form field types/names requiring a character limit are "Text" and "Text Area" if that helps. Thank you!
  7. Hey Everyone! I have products where after a customer clicks "Add to Cart", they need to complete a Product Form specifying details. I was wondering if there was any custom code/script that could redirect a customer to a webpage on my website after clicking the "Add to Cart" button at the end of the Product Form and not the initial "Add to Cart" button that initiates the pop-up Product Form. I located code that redirects great but it redirects after clicking the initial "Add to Cart" button, thus skipping the Product Form pop up altogether. See below for current script. I'm assuming what needs to be changed is the ".sqs-add-to-cart-button" to specifically target the Product Form "Add to Cart" button but not sure? Thank you!
