  1. Maybe the issue is that there's no other reference to this on the site besides the css you wrote bp-widget-widget My widget embed code is <script src="https://cdn.botpress.cloud/webchat/v0/inject.js"></script> <script src="https://mediafiles.botpress.cloud/bed8400e-aa57-4215-93e4-8ba9bd42edf6/webchat/config.js" defer></script>
  2. Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately that still doesn't make the chat window controls active at the top of the page on desktop. It also hides the top of the chat window on mobile - behind the nav bar.
  3. I've got a new chatbot running on my website but the chat window controls don't work well on desktop. Once I open the chat window the control to close 'x' doesn't work. The issue seems to be related to whether or not the nav is visible or not. If I scroll down a little bit the chat window controls work fine again. The 'x' to close works fine on mobile. I have a sense that there's something about the way the Squarespace Nav works that's causing this issue...
  4. Any update? I have the same question. I would expect the 301 from an https slug to redirect to https
  5. I want to sell a digital product that would be personalized for each customer. Basically the customer would provide some information and I'd use this info to customize the digital product - then after they pay I'd let them download this product. Can I do this with Squarespace? If there was a way for the download link to include a variable like {orderID} we could pass them their custom product but I don't see any documentation on this. Thanks for any help
